Accessibility
Statement
1. Our Commitment
Club DNA wants everyone at a club to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification, or reduced motion settings. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
This statement covers www.club-dna.com. It does not cover the Club DNA platform itself.
2. What We Have Done
- Every page has a "Skip to content" link as the first thing a keyboard user reaches.
- All links, buttons and form fields show a clear focus outline when you move through the page with a keyboard.
- Text and background colours are chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast.
- Most pages have a text-size control in the navigation, and the site still works when you zoom your browser to 200%.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, we turn off the site's scroll and reveal animations.
- The layout adapts to phones and tablets, including landscape mode and screens with a notch.
3. Known Limitations
We know some parts of the site are not yet fully accessible:
- The Interactive Model is a 3D visual. It works best with a mouse or touch, and a screen reader will not get the same information from it. Everything it shows is also described in text on the homepage and the solution pages.
- We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit. We test the site ourselves and fix problems as we find them.
4. Feedback and Contact
If you have trouble using any part of this site, or need information in a different format, please tell us. We aim to reply within five working days.
