1. About this policy
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the Club DNA website at club-dna.com, and how you can control them. It covers this marketing website only. The Club DNA platform your club logs in to is covered by our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work in much the same way, so we treat them the same and call them all "cookies" here.
2. Changing your choices
When you first visit, we ask which optional cookies you're happy for us to use. Nothing optional is used until you say yes. You can change your mind at any time:
The same "Cookie settings" link is at the foot of every page. We keep your choice for 12 months, then ask again.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. If you block strictly necessary storage, parts of the site, such as the enquiry form's spam protection, may not work as intended.
3. Strictly necessary
These are needed for the site to work and to keep it secure, so they don't need your consent and can't be switched off.

Used only if you allow "Preferences".

5. Embedded videos (optional)
Our product videos are hosted by Vidyard. Until you allow "Embedded videos", each video shows a placeholder and nothing is loaded from Vidyard. Once you allow them, or press "Play video", the Vidyard player loads, and Vidyard sets its own cookies to play the video and measure how it is watched. Those cookies are set and controlled by Vidyard, not by us; see Vidyard's privacy notice for details. Withdrawing consent stops Vidyard loading on your next page view, but cookies Vidyard has already set stay until they expire or you delete them in your browser.
You can also watch any video directly on Vidyard's site using the "Watch on Vidyard" link on the placeholder.
6. Analytics and advertising
We don't currently use analytics, advertising or social media tracking cookies on this website. If that changes, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent before any are used.
7. Other services the site uses
- Google Fonts supplies the site's typefaces. Your browser requests the fonts from Google's servers, which receive your IP address; Google Fonts doesn't set cookies.
- Formspree delivers the messages you send through our enquiry and learning-session forms. It receives what you type into the form, and only when you press send.
